4. Investor & Vehicle Owner Terms
1. Vehicle owners and investors lose ownership of their vehicles unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
2. Returns, revenue sharing, and timelines are agreed to from Start and spans for 140 weeks unless stated in contract.
3. GSC Fleet guarantees fixed profits or income.
4. Maintenance, insurance, licensing, and statutory costs will not be deducted from gross earnings as agreed.
5. Vehicles must meet GSC Fleet’s operational and safety standards.
5. Driver Terms
1. Drivers must comply with all GSC Fleet rules, platform policies, traffic laws, and contractual obligations.
2. Drivers are responsible for safe driving, proper vehicle use, and basic daily care.
3. Any misconduct, negligence, or breach of contract may result in suspension or termination.
4. Drivers are required to provide deposits, guarantors, or documentation as part of onboarding.
6. Payments & Financial Matters
* All payments, fees, contributions, and earnings are subject to agreed terms.
* GSC Fleet may surcharge operational costs, fines, penalties, or repairs where applicable to drivers.
* Delays in payment may occur due to platform settlements, technical issues, or compliance reviews.
7. Risk Disclosure
You acknowledge that:
